What makes them exceptional?
It is the unique combination of a long maturation time and a high proportion of water. Thanks to it, we get a very fine, supple and porous dough with a beautifully structure.

Our dough
We do not use any maturation accelerators, additives or preservatives.
Simply because we don't have to.
The result is products with a diverse range of flavors and aromas and a long shelf life.
